Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. You must return items in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Please note, health & household items, personal care products, perishable groceries, and similar categories cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Return Process
Return Policy, to start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. After we approve your request, we provide clear instructions for returning your item.
Customers usually pay return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we notify you about your refund status. We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days and apply the credit to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange a product for the same item, contact our support team for assistance.
